Monkey Minds and Meditation

  • Let’s calm that monkey mind! Explore the powerful mind management and stress relieving techniques, in a very easy to follow monkey see, monkey do meditation. We will discuss some of the benefits of mindfulness and meditation, prepare for meditation with some simple stretches, and practice a short seated meditation. Come watch your mind monkeying around. No previous meditation experience, yoga mat, or stretchy pants required.
